Reservation
Deposit:
A Reservation Deposit (Security Deposit plus a processing
fee of $100) for short-term rentals is required when
you sign a lease.
Security
Deposit: Security Deposits for short-term
rentals vary according to the size of the unit rented
($300 for Villas and Casitas, $500 for Town Homes,
and $750 for a Free-standing homes). Security Deposits
for long-term rentals are equal to the first month's
rent. All Security Deposits are refundable (within
14 days of departure) as long as the property has
been left in order, all terms of the lease agreement
have been met and there is no damage to the unit.
Security deposits cannot be returned until the unit
has been cleaned and inspected. NO DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDED
ON DAY OF DEPARTURE!
Telephone
Service: Local service is included in most
short-term leases. Long distance access is available
only with a telephone calling card or by credit card.
Utilities,
Trash Removal, and Yard Care: On short-term
leases of less than six months, these services are
usually provided at no additional charge. Please check
your lease.
Green
Valley Recreation: Temporary membership is
available with many of the rental properties. Green
Valley Recreation, Inc requires an additional fee
for temporary cards.
Cleaning
Fee: A non-refundable Cleaning Fee is required
and added to all leases. Cleaning Fees vary from $100
to $150 according to unit size.
Pet
Fee: If you are bringing a pet, a non-refundable
Pet Fee is required for each animal. Pet Fees vary
from $100 to $250 depending upon size and type of
pet. Please note: not all properties allow pets. Your
Leasing Agent will be able to assist you in finding
pet-friendly units. Approval and arrangements for
a pet must be made at time of reservation.
Rental
and Fee Payment: Rent and fees are due upon
arrival. Payment may be made by personal check, travelers
checks, cash, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard).
