are usually classified as two bedroom, 1.75 bath (one
bathroom has a walk-in shower only). They are all single
story and attached at least on one side and do have
either a carport or garage. There is a wide variety
of models and sizes. The square footage of townhomes
vary from approximately 900 sq. ft to 1600 sq. ft. Townhomes
are fully furnished with everything you need to make
your stay a pleasant one. These properties are located
throughout the many subdivisions of Green Valley. |

free standing homes located throughout Green Valley,
are, for the most part, 2 bedroom, 1.75 bath homes.
There are some three bedroom or two bedrooms with a
den. Size of homes range from 1000 to 2000 or more sq.
ft. Many have views of mountains or golf courses. We
have a number of unfurnished townhomes and homes with
annual rental rates available, too. |

Unfurnished rentals are available for semi-annual

A signed lease is required on all rental reservations,

These rates are based on size of unit, amenities,
and length of stay.
Furnished
vacation rentals are single story and all privately
owned. Furniture and accessories cannot be changed
or rearranged. They are all fully equipped with linens,
pots and pans, dishes, flatware, etc. Desert landscaping
is prevalent in most rental properties. Most units
provide cable TV, local telephone service, utilities,
and trash collection on short-term rentals. Maid service
is NOT provided. Upkeep of the unit is the responsibility
of the tenant during the term of the lease. You may
want to bring special items with you from home that
will make your stay more comfortable. |
